• Welcome!

Hello everyone and welcome to the project page for Orenji Translations new project; Retro Game Challenge 2!

Originally released in Japan under the title Game Center CX 2, it is the sequel to Game Center CX for the DS (Retro Game Challenge for the English release). The story has you being sent back in time by Game Master Arino to play through all the classics of the past, but these 'classics' are in fact all new games based on many of the popular games of the past. As you progress through the games and complete challenges you'll unlock more games and fictional magazines that tell you about the history of the games as well as tips and tricks to help you along the way.

The whole thing is a very interesting experience, the original caught the attention of many people but didn't sell well enough for the sequel to get a port, but that's where Orenji Translations comes in. We plan on doing a translation of the game so that more people will be able to enjoy it. Our team consists of the following people:

The leader of the project and the Hacker behind it all is Xvirus, the translators are: TL, Sandra, Joel, and Izumi, with Ray as an editor, and finally there's me, Zach (Ryuza), I'll be doing graphics and working on the site.

This site will be updated regularly as we finish different parts of the game with videos and screenshots showing our progress. It will also eventually host the patch for the translation. Be sure to stop by regularly to check for updates. ;)

A new website, huh? I guess that means that this project isn't dead yet! I hope the final translation will be out soon!
